1. Platform Purpose
This platform is designed exclusively for cannabis pictures of all kinds. No selling cannabis products or substances is permitted. You may sell your own merchandise & stickers using platform tokens. No other compounds, drugs, or illicit materials are allowed.

2. Age Requirement
You must be 21 years or older to use this platform.

3. Prohibited Content & Activities
– No real money transactions or payment processing
– No pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit content
– No violence, weapons, or illegal activities
– No spam, scams, or phishing attempts
– No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
– No copyrighted material without permission
– No impersonation of others

4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account. Multiple accounts per person prohibited. No account sharing.

5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your uploaded images. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them on the platform.

6. Platform Rights
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend/terminate accounts, and modify terms without notice for violations.

7. No Warranty
Platform provided “AS IS”. No guarantees of uptime, security, or performance.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for user content, lost profits, or indirect damages. Maximum liability equals $100.

These terms governed by laws of Connecticut, USA.
